Edison Foundry
The Edison Foundry doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is: a working-class lantern that got dressed up. The riveted steel cage is raw, the finish is deliberately rough, and the Edison bulb is the whole point.
Designed for walls that have texture — exposed brick, raw plaster, reclaimed wood. The Foundry looks wrong in a smooth room. It looks right everywhere else.
Hardwire installation. Bulb included.
The Story Behind This Piece
The Foundry's design is based on the cage lights used in early 20th-century American factories — the kind that hung over assembly lines and stayed on for 16-hour shifts. We made it beautiful without making it soft.
