Deco Cage No. 1
The Deco Cage arrived from a 1930s Paris hotel lobby, its brass still holding the geometry of the machine age — clean angles, deliberate symmetry, no ornament that doesn't earn its place.
The cage structure is solid brass rod, not hollow tubing. The weight tells you immediately that this is not a reproduction. The glass panels are original, with the slight waviness that only comes from hand-pouring.
A piece for rooms that understand restraint.
The Story Behind This Piece
Salvaged from the demolition of a Montparnasse hotel in 2019, the Deco Cage was one of twelve identical fixtures. This is the only one we have left.
