Custom Engraving Service
A lantern with a name is a lantern with a story. Our engraving service adds a hand-cut brass plate to any lantern in the collection — a name, a date, a sigil, or a short phrase (up to 20 characters).
The plate is attached with two small brass screws and can be removed if needed. The engraving is done by hand, not laser — the slight irregularity of the letterforms is part of the point.

The Story Behind This Piece
The engraving service was added after a customer asked if we could add her late father's initials to a lantern she was buying as a memorial. We said yes. We've been saying yes ever since.
